Yes and No Buttons are still there.

For those missing the insurance button in the current version: the "yes" and "no" buttons are still there, just not represented by a button. You can click under the question mark for no and under the "I" in Insurance for yes.

However, there should be an update to fix this issue. This is still a great game and worth the purchase price. Theres not a long load time and you can pick back up where you left off, making this a great game for when you have a few minutes to kill.
